Dr. Mattie Decker\, a certified nature and forest therapy guide\, will show you how to get your zen on by taking things as they come. Mindfulness focuses on the present moment purposefully and without judgement. It offers us a glimpse into why we feel the ways we do. Participants to this class should dress comfortably and bring either a towel or yoga mat to sit on.
