Are you worried about staying steady? Are you at high risk for falls? Then come to the North Asheville Library today to participate in Active But Careful by Heather Bauer! With more than 20 years of experience in evidence-based fall prevention, Heather will guide you through the steps you can take in your life to stop disastrous injury. Each individual will receive a fall risk score, prevention tools, home safety assessment, and steps you can take to reduce your risk. Participants will also be led through gentle seated exercises that they can do at home.
