If you love dogs, then come to the Enka-Candler Library today to meet the American Humane Hero Dog of the Year: Bo! Learn what makes this young bloodhound and his handler, Sgt. David Rowland, a hero. If weather permits, Sgt. Rowland will give a demonstration to show off Bo’s incredible tracking abilities after the event!
