Are you looking to get better mobility but have trouble moving? Do you require mobility aids but want to get fit? Then come to the Mills River Library and be a part of chair exercises! These classes focus on training exercises that lead to improved strength, increased mobility, and reduced fall risk. Chair exercises are uniquely designed for those who have trouble with walking or who are unable to ambulate. Hand and ankle weights will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you’d like them.
