Pilates is whole body fitness! Learn how to strengthen your core and improve your balance through mind-body exercises with Alexis from Cisco Pilates. Classes are free and can be done in person or from the comfort of your own home! Perfect for beginners and experts alike who want a guided exercise session. Some yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
To register, visit the event website link, scroll down, and click on Choose Appointment. Next, click group classes. Here, you can register for the free online or in-person classes offered through the library. In the Quantity box, input how many people you’d like to register for this class, then click the time below the date you’d like. Click continue and input all required information into the boxes. Make sure to click all the checkboxes as well! Once all information is put in, click complete appointment.
