Do you enjoy music? Love dancing but have limited mobility? Then come to the Hendersonville Main Branch Library today for dance instructor Debra Saalfield’s program, Sit Step Sing! This class is designed to help you get fit the fun way: dancing from the comfort and safety of a chair. Participants are also encouraged to sing along to the tunes whenever they feel the desire. Extra time is provided for sign in and conversation before the class begins.
