Pilates is whole body fitness! Learn how to strengthen your core and improve your balance through mind-body exercises. Classes are free and open to the general public with no registration needed. An exercise waiver is needed to take this class.

Join us at the day program for a summer outing to AMF Star Lanes in Asheville! If your participant is interested in coming along, then stop by no later than 11 am for provided transportation or meet us there at noon! This event costs $2 per player.
