Are you interested in knitting or crocheting? Do you want to develop your skills with experienced yarn workers? Then come to the Mills River Library on Monday afternoon! Each week, you'll get to sit and work on your creations and seek the collective wisdom of the group.  

Pilates is whole body fitness! Learn how to strengthen your core and improve your balance through mind-body exercises. Classes are free and open to the general public at the Mills River Library with no registration needed. An exercise waiver is needed to take this class.
